All of our New Model Year Youth ATVs meet and exceed the USCPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), ASI (ATV Safety Institute), DOT and EPA regulations set forth in the ATV Action Plan and have passed the ATV Action Plan and Clean Air Act. Therefore in order to meet these regulations, this and all Youth models will come with a "spotlight" style headlight, as shown. This is so the child can see when they turn, the light turns with the handlebars.
